We are interested in acquiring your mobile home park or RV park, with the intention of preserving and continuing the legacy you have established or managed. We are capable of acquiring the individual mobile homes within your park. Our objective in doing so can be categorized into the following approaches:

A) Purchase, rehab, and rent: In this scenario, the park owner would no longer be responsible for homes within the park. We would take on the task of acquiring and refurbishing the homes, and subsequently renting them out. With two entities overseeing the screening and enforcement of park rules, we aim to enhance compliance. Additionally, in the event a tenant fails to make payments, we would assume the responsibility of paying the lot rent, and any eviction costs would be our burden to bear.

B) Purchase, rehab, and resell to a tenant buyer: Our intention here is to purchase and renovate the homes, and then offer them for sale to potential tenant buyers. This approach benefits the park by facilitating the refurbishment of units and introduces an additional layer of screening through our involvement.

C) Purchase and remove the unit: This option presents a more challenging endeavor. Following a thorough due diligence process, we will exert every effort to ensure a mutually beneficial outcome, striving for a win-win situation.
