We are a husband and wife team that has been involved in real estate since 2008. Chris and Elsie have multiple experiences that, when brought together, make for an interesting team. Chris is a prior business owner in the construction trades, while Elsie is an educator. As a result, we are able to approach each property from multiple aspects and solve issues that may arise. Outside of investing, we enjoy camping with our dog and exploring as much of the country as possible. We are continuously networking and educating ourselves as there is always something new to learn. Chris was born in Bucks County, PA, while Elsie was born in Buffalo, NY.

Not Sure If I Am Ready To Sell?:
We totally understand. You have a lot to think about to decide if this is the “RIGHT” move for you.
1) We can have an initial conversation and see what options are available,
2) If all parties are ready, we can explore the numbers,
3) When all parties are ready, we can move on to the purchase and sales contract.

Have fast can I close?: This depends on the structure of the transaction. It could be as soon as 10 days for residential and 30 days for commercial. A lot has to do with Titles, Inspections, and Lenders.
I have to Clean the Property: You do not have to clean out the property. We understand that this can be an emotional and stressful task. We would suggest that you take anything of value to you and then we will handle the rest of what needs to be done.
I am just going to get a LOW OFFER. As some people will only look at a deal in one way. We look at each property to generate a WIN-WIN offer. We have many options available.
Someone in the past made us feel uncomfortable about Selling.: We always recommend using an Attorney and your Tax Advisor. On 99% of all transactions, we use a state-licensed attorney, title company, and inspectors.
